Terms and Agreement

Before you purchase WonderDesk Standard, you should carefully read the following information. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

You should install the Tester script before you purchase the WonderDesk. This way you will know whether your web host is capable of running the WonderDesk prior to purchasing. After purchasing the WonderDesk, there are NO REFUNDS.

One licensed copy of the program may reside on a single server, in use by a single web site. For each installed instance of the program, a separate license is required.

All copyright notices used throughout the program, within the scripts and within the HTML that the scripts generate, MUST remain intact. Furthermore, these notices, including "Powered by WonderDesk ©" image that appears online, must remain visible to the human eye without scrolling. It must also remain linkable to wonderdesk.com.

The WonderDesk may be modified for your own business or personal use only. The WonderDesk program and code is copyrighted and may not be redistributed, resold, or copied. The WonderDesk may not be claimed or displayed as a different product, which would be a Federal Copyright violation. The WonderDesk may not be used to generate any part of a different product.

The WonderDesk can not be modified to take credit card information.

WonderDesk Standard owners will receive access to the Standard Member’s Area for support and upgrades free for the first year. If Membership access is still active, additional years of Membership may be purchased for only $35 per year. If you allow your Membership access to expire, the cost to renew would be $35 for each year past due, plus a one time $40 late fee. Each $35 payment will extend your current Membership expiration date by one year. You will not receive any WonderDesk SQL software unless a WonderDesk SQL license is purchased.

Yearly support provided by the WonderDesk team from Web Wonderland, Inc., comes on a best effort basis.

If the agreement is violated in any manner, the license may be revoked at the discretion of Web Wonderland, Inc. at any time. There are no refunds given for revoked licenses.

We reserve the right to refuse orders. Prices subject to change.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Disclaimer of Warranty

This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without warranties as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied.

The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. The user must assume the entire responsibility for all data security. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price. Failure to install the program is not a valid reason for requesting a refund of the purchase price.
